My eating habits
Breakfast in the morning a coffee, average tomorrow I take a sandwich or a piece of toast, also sometimes coffee or a juice. I love coffee as everything, although the meat I do not like too, I much vegetables and legumes, and some time or another fish, for always drink water volume. A snack time usually take cereal with milk. In the dinner tend to be more soft and tomo fruit. I don't eat between meals and I'm going to sites walk to not be this far. I dance salsa at an Academy, which makes to do some exercise, walk my dog and go for a run. I think that I have a very healthy lifestyle although it can always be improved.
